The Sexorcist / Penthouse Theatre

Opened: Presumably sometime in the 1970s. It was on the south side of the street between Kearny and Columbus.

Exciting new marquee, new name, same double bill. It's another Tom Gray photo. Thanks to Jack Tillmany for sharing it.

Closing: Presumably sometime in the 1970s. Funding is being sought for a serious research project. 

Status: The building survives. As of 2022 it was a bar called Le Petit Paris in the former theatre space.
