Opening: 1907. Jack Tillmany found a mention in the Chronicle about the Waiters Union having its first meeting here August 7, 1907 at what they referred to as the "new and spacious headquarters of the society." It's in the 1908 city directory with the Eddy St. address.

Closing: Evidently it wasn't around long. By September 1911
any references to Larkin Hall in the papers were referring to a venue on
the other side of town at 16th & Bryant.
Status: By June 1923 the Larkin Hotel had been built on the Eddy Street site.
