The Reel Thing

Opened: According to research by Jack Tillmany The Reel Thing opened in December 1968 as a revival house. The photo is one from Jack's collection that was taken by Tom Gray. The location was on the southwest corner of 17th and Sanchez St. Jack notes that the site had formerly been Butti's Music Store. 

Seating: The capacity isn't known. 

Closing: April 1969

Status: The building survives.
